TERMS OF SALES
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company GPA International Sàrl (hereinafter the Seller) and its customers (hereinafter the Buyer) in the context of the sale of GPA helmets, clothing and accessories.
The GPA range of helmets meets the requirements of European EN1384-2017 and American ASTMF1163-15 safety standards. They have also obtained the American SEI quality mark.
Any service performed by the company GPA International Sàrl implies the Buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
In accordance with the regulations in force, the Seller reserves the right to derogate from certain clauses of these General Conditions of Sale, depending on the negotiations carried out with the buyer.
Each product on the GPA online sales site is accompanied by a description. The photographs of the products are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, in particular with regard to the colors.en ce qui concerne les couleurs
Orders must be placed via the interface of our online sales site https://gpa-sport.com.
The prices of the products sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros (€) and calculated including tax. They will be increased by the transport costs applicable on the day of the order. The Seller grants itself the right to modify its prices at any time.
The customer who wishes to buy a product must:
- Validate the basket of his order after having checked it,
- Fill in the identification form on which he will indicate all the details requested,
- Confirm their order and payment,
- Validate the payment
From the moment the Buyer has registered his order by clicking on the "order" icon, he is considered to have accepted, in full knowledge of the facts and without reservation, these general conditions of sale.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.
An acknowledgment of receipt confirming that the customer's order has been taken into account is automatically sent to him by email.
Any order placed on the site and delivered outside Italy may be subject to taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination (according to the regulations in force in the country in which the delivery takes place).
These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an article are the responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller is not required to verify and inform its customers of applicable customs duties and taxes. To know them, it is up to the customer to inquire with the competent authorities of his country.
The payment of orders is made by one of the means listed below:
- Bank card: CB, Visa, MasterCard
- Bank transfer (written request via the “contact us” tab)
- Paypal: Pay for your order quickly and securely by connecting to your PayPal account.
The order will be considered effective after confirmation of the agreement of the bank payment centers. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer when the order has been validated and payment made.
Our site is subject to one of the most efficient security systems. It has not only adopted the SSL encryption process (Secure Socket Layer) but also reinforced all scrambling and encryption processes in order to protect all sensitive data related to means of payment as effectively as possible.
The Seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.
The Buyer is responsible for the information he provides during the payment process via the order (including the e-mail address and / name and delivery address to which the information will be sent to him).
The Seller declines all responsibility in the event of an incomplete or erroneous electronic address and/or physical address and cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a possible error in this information (impossibility or delay of delivery of the product).
The Seller disclaims all liability in the event of non-execution of the order due to a case of force majeure.
he Seller reserves, until full payment of the price by the Buyer, a right of ownership over the products sold, allowing him to regain possession of the said products.
Any deposit paid by the Buyer will remain acquired by the Seller as lump sum compensation, without prejudice to any other actions that it would be entitled to bring against the Buyer as a result.
On the other hand, the risk of loss and deterioration will be transferred to the Buyer upon delivery of the products ordered.
All elements of the seller's website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the seller. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site.
The maximum delivery time is 21 working days from the validation and payment of the order, unless otherwise specified before the final validation of the order and subject to the accuracy of the data communicated.
In case of delay, an email will be sent to you as soon as possible. The customer may choose to accept the new deadline or to cancel his order. In the latter case, the supplier will then be required to reimburse the items concerned as soon as possible.
The responsibility of the Seller can in no case be engaged in the event of delay or suspension of delivery attributable to the Buyer or in the event of force majeure.
The following shipping costs apply:
- 20 euros (France, Belgium, Luxemburg)
- 35 euros (Europa CEE except Switzerland and United-Kingdom)
- 70 euros (Switzerland and United-Kingdom)
- 250 euros (Rest of the world)
The Seller reserves the right to modify its shipping costs at any time.
You have a legal period of 30 (thirty) days to exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel your sales contract, without giving any reason. After this time, we will no longer accept the return. The withdrawal period runs from the date of receipt of the order.
You must inform us by email at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the products. You must tell us if you want a refund or an exchange (while stocks last).
Each product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging with the labels in place. They must not have been used or washed.
The costs attributable to you are limited to the cost of returning the products purchased.

The exchange (within the limit of available stocks) or the refund will only be effective after examination of the returned product, within 14 (fourteen) days. Any product that will be returned outside the described procedure will not be accepted.
If for the ordered article no guarantee which goes beyond legal rights is expressly stated, the legal guarantee period applies. Insofar as delivered items have defects, we kindly ask you to complain without delay. If this is not the case, the goods are considered accepted.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the resulting purchase and sale transactions are governed by Swiss law.
They are initially written in French and have been translated.
In the event that they are translated into one or more languages, only the French text shall prevail in the event of a dispute. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Sarine District Court (canton of Fribourg) to which GPA International Sàrl falls.
