Processing your request

After receiving your request:

*An initial analysis is carried out by our teams;

*If necessary, the product can be sent to the GPA approved workshop;

*You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the request.

Intervention on the helmets

For safety reasons and to comply with current standards, only the GPA approved workshop is authorized to dismantle, repair or modify a helmet.

Any unauthorized intervention will void the warranty.

Product warranty

GPA products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing or material defects.

Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

*Damage related to a fall or impact;

*Normal wear and tear of the product;

*Misuse or lack of maintenance;

*Any modification to the product.

Usage tips

*To guarantee your safety and the durability of your equipment:

*Do not modify the helmet;

*Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures;

*Clean with suitable products;

*Replace the helmet every 5 years (in the absence of impact).

Helmet adjustment

To ensure the helmet’s effectiveness and proper fit, it must be worn correctly, directly on the head.

Hair should not be placed inside the helmet.

Otherwise, the helmet can no longer properly fulfill its protective role.

Any damage resulting from improper use, particularly due to incorrect helmet installation, will not be covered under the warranty.
