How does the GPA® after-sales service work ?

For safety reasons, and to maintain compliance with certifications, only the GPA® workshop is authorized to disassemble, assemble, repair or replace helmet components.

    Photo of your helmet (2Mb Max)

    Photo of the white label inside your helmet with the serial number (2Mb Max)

    Copy of your purchase invoice (2Mo Max .pdf file)

     

    Warranty of the GPA® products

    GPA® offers a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase for any defects in material or workmanship.

    Any warranty is excluded in the event of misuse, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Purchaser, in the event of normal wear and tear of the property or force majeure, in the event of a fall or impact as well as any other use than those for which the helmet has been certified.

    Some insurance companies can insure your equipment.
    The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage caused by use, particularly in the event of a fall.
    The warranty is not an insurance for the use of the helmet.
    To be able to benefit from the guarantee of the products, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice of the product.
    The start date of the guarantee corresponds to the invoice date.

    It is recommended to renew your helmet every 5 years if it has not suffered any impact or shock before this period.
