How does the GPA® after-sales service work ?
For safety reasons, and to maintain compliance with certifications, only the GPA® workshop is authorized to disassemble, assemble, repair or replace helmet components.
In the event of a fall and impact on your helmet, we suggest that you return it to the retailer from which the helmet was purchased, along with its purchase receipt. The dealer will take care of all the necessary procedures.
Upon receipt in our workshops, an expertise will be carried out to determine whether your helmet is damaged or not.
Depending on the damage observed, we will offer you:
- either to replace the damaged parts (invoice 50€* transport costs not included),
- or, if the helmet is less than 2 years old, to carry out a complete exchange of the helmet at a specific price (an estimate will be offered to you).
Warranty of the GPA® products
GPA® offers a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase for any defects in material or workmanship.
Any warranty is excluded in the event of misuse, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Purchaser, in the event of normal wear and tear of the property or force majeure, in the event of a fall or impact as well as any other use than those for which the helmet has been certified.
To be able to benefit from the product guarantee, it is essential to keep the purchase invoice of the product. The start date of the guarantee corresponds to the invoice date.
