We are committed to making the return or exchange process as simple as possible for our customers.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided the conditions specified below are met.

We recommend checking your order upon receipt. If you have any problems, please contact customer service at service@gpa-sport.com. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Items must be returned from the country of original shipment.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition, with the tags still attached.
3. Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
4. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been damaged, used, altered, or that, in GPA’s reasonable opinion, appear to have been used.

5. Returns that do not comply with the GPA return procedure will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

How to Edit an Article

If you would like to exchange an item from your order, our customer service team (email: service@gpa-sport-com) will be happy to help you find a replacement.

Follow the standard return procedure to return any items you do not wish to keep, and place a new order to request replacement items.

How to Return

2. You will be asked to specify which items you wish to return and the reasons for the return.

1. Within 48 hours, our customer service team will contact you to confirm your return authorization and provide you with all necessary instructions, including those regarding shipping. If the return request does not comply with our guidelines and the conditions described above, you will receive an email informing you of a partial authorization or a denial.

4. Returned items must be shipped in their original condition; make sure they have their original tags attached and include them in the original GPA box along with the shipping label or receipt.
