In the event of breakage or damage caused by a collision or fall while using the helmet, simply send all the details and a photo of the damaged GPA helmet to service@gpa-sport.com and, after an internal investigation of the case in question, you will be entitled to a 50% discount on the current selling price of a new GPA helmet, subject to availability.

This helmet is designed to absorb shocks. Following a fall, the case may be partially damaged or break. Therefore, in the event of an impact, the helmet becomes unusable and must be replaced, even if it shows no apparent damage.

GPA offers a fall replacement guarantee for its riding helmets, covering breakage or damage caused by a fall or collision during use, following an internal inspection by the manufacturer. GPA offers you the option of replacing the damaged helmet with a new one, with a 50% discount on the purchase price, according to the current price list.

To obtain a replacement helmet, please email service@gpa-sport.com with full details, including a photo of the damaged helmet and information about the accident. You will receive the new helmet after payment of 50% of the purchase price according to the current rate (shipping costs extra).

GPA reserves the right to decide whether or not to replace each helmet.
