HORSEBACK RIDING
In 1998, Michel Finquel, concerned for riders’ safety, drew on his expertise to create the first certified riding helmet, revolutionizing an industry that was still largely unprotected. GPA then introduced a series of innovations: the Titium, followed by the Speed’Air and its now-iconic ventilated design. In 2010, the brand launched the First Lady, the first helmet designed specifically for female riders, before further enhancing safety with the 4S line in 2015. In 2018, and again in 2022, GPA developed the TLS chin strap, improving fit and protection while making it more accessible; it is also available in a Hybrid version. As a pioneer and a committed partner in elite sports, GPA has always supported the world’s top riders and international competitions.
